About the role
The Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our factory team. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source top talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define business needs and recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job intake to offer negotiation
- Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Ensure recruitment compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
