Internship AI & Automation - Energy

About the role

The intern will join the Energy team within the Product and Tech division to drive automation projects. You will analyze operational processes, develop solutions using automation platforms and coding agents, and evaluate new AI tools to improve system efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Heartbeat energy software platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify automation opportunities
• Implement automation solutions using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Collaborate with Process and Operations teams to build solutions with measurable impact
• Develop app prototypes and connect systems using coding agents
• Establish robust data structures and maintain documentation in the knowledge base
• Evaluate and propose new AI tools and automation platforms
