About the role

SFEIR is looking for a Data Engineer to join their Lille team to build robust data pipelines and migrate legacy infrastructures to the cloud. The role involves working with AI-native technologies to create high-impact business applications and real-time machine learning algorithms. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex data challenges while focusing on scalability and architectural excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, FastAPI, and Apache Spark
• Master Google Cloud ecosystem including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Composer
• Design data architecture with a focus on monitoring, optimization, and scalability
• Migrate legacy stacks to the cloud while maintaining production stability
• Experiment with generative AI to enhance data workflows
