About the role

Ramp is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our UK-based team, providing support for our financial infrastructure platform. You will act as the voice of Ramp, troubleshooting complex issues across payments, accounting integrations, and card programs while driving process improvements. This role requires a systems thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and dedicated to delivering high-quality, empathetic support to our financially sophisticated customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live calls, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve complex product issues.
  • Manage escalations end-to-end, coordinating with Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships teams.
  • Utilize and provide feedback on AI-powered research and proprietary tools to evolve CX operations.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively build or update SOPs and knowledge base articles.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to financially sophisticated users.
