About the role
The Head of Design Systems will lead the Oxygen design system, ensuring consistent, high-quality design foundations across all Doctolib product surfaces. This role involves setting the multi-year vision, managing cross-functional governance, and driving adoption across a large organization of designers and engineers. You will directly influence the experience of millions of patients and healthcare professionals by scaling design quality in an AI-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen, connecting the dots across engineering, design, and brand teams.
- Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, defining contribution models and change management processes.
- Own design output quality across the product, ensuring AI-generated interfaces are coherent and on-brand.
- Define and drive cross-organizational adoption, measuring metrics like adoption rate and contribution velocity.
- Manage and grow a team of designers, product people, and engineers, setting career paths and hiring for the system's needs.
