About the role

The Senior Manager AI Content will lead the development and implementation of an AI-first content strategy for Kijimea. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an AI-first content strategy and integrate AI-supported processes from ideation to execution.
  • Identify and implement AI use cases across the content lifecycle, including research, drafting, quality assurance, and distribution.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts, prompt libraries, and specialized AI agents to improve content production.
  • Create and optimize high-quality, target-group-oriented content for websites, newsletters, and social media using AI tools.
  • Manage image research and generation to ensure visual content aligns with platform and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
  • Evaluate new generative AI tools and technologies to provide recommendations for the content production process.
