Founder Associate to the CEO

About the role

Vocca is looking for a Founder Associate to support the CEO and CTO during a period of rapid scaling following their Series A funding. This end-of-studies internship involves working directly with the founders and the Chief of Staff on high-priority projects ranging from market expansion and financial modeling to growth experiments and public affairs. The role is designed to provide leverage to the leadership team while offering the intern significant responsibility and exposure to company operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies on new verticals and countries including sizing and segmentation.
• Design and measure growth experiments to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models for unit economics and expansion scenarios.
• Map public bodies and health authorities to support regulatory and public affairs efforts.
• Manage founder branding by coordinating content and events for healthcare and talent communities.
• Optimize operational playbooks to improve deployment processes for voice agents.
