Procurement Manager Marketing

About the role

IONOS is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager with a focus on marketing to join their purchasing team. The role involves managing daily operations in the marketing category, supporting other procurement areas as needed, and contributing to the development of the Coupa system. The successful candidate will balance cost efficiency and KPIs with creativity and brand impact.

Responsibilities

• Review offers and negotiate production and creative contracts, buyouts, and usage rights.
• Manage pitches and RFPs for creation, production, and tools from longlist to contract signature.
• Coordinate media agency pitches and contracts including compensation models and audit rights.
• Procure marketing tools and licenses such as Martech, research, and SaaS.
• Support other procurement areas and assist in the expansion of Coupa, specifically catalog and punchout integration.
• Maintain procurement processes including contract filing, supplier evaluation, and savings reporting.
