Procurement Manager - FinOps

About the role

Voodoo is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their Corporate team and manage IT indirect procurement and cloud cost optimization. The role involves leading global vendor negotiations, maintaining cloud cost visibility, and driving data-driven cost reduction strategies in collaboration with Engineering and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own all IT indirect procurement including SaaS tools, software licences, and data platforms
• Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive savings through benchmarking
• Manage cloud cost visibility for GCP and AWS by maintaining billing data and dashboards
• Build data-driven cost reduction strategies based on unit economics
• Prepare and execute cloud vendor negotiations including enterprise agreements and renewal calendars
• Partner with Engineering to identify cloud optimization opportunities such as rightsizing and storage tiering
• Track realized savings and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A
