Founding Product Engineer

About the role

Pharmlogic is seeking a founding product engineer to work directly with the CEO and founding team to build and scale their compliant data layer for community healthcare. You will own features from problem refinement through architecture, implementation, and rollout, ensuring high-quality, safe software in a clinical context. This role requires a fast-paced, hands-on approach to building and maintaining systems that integrate with NHS services and pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from problem refinement and architecture to implementation and rollout.
• Set technical patterns, architecture standards, and tooling to maintain speed as the team grows.
• Develop software that meets clinical safety standards and NHS assurance requirements.
• Design and build the underlying data layer and integration systems for community healthcare.
• Engage directly with pharmacy users to understand their workflows and build intuitive, time-saving tools.
