About the role

Lumaai is seeking a creative lead to act as a strategic guide for major brands and agencies in France, integrating generative video technology into production workflows. This role involves hands-on content creation, consulting with partner leadership, and defining the regional engagement strategy for the Forward Deployed Creative function. The ideal candidate is a senior creative comfortable with ambiguity and capable of translating technical capabilities into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with leading brands and creative agencies as their creative and strategic guide to generative AI.
• Architect and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows that help partners move faster and raise their storytelling.
• Create hands-on, high-craft content in Luma that sets the bar and becomes inspirational case studies.
• Consult with partner leadership, translating technical capability into concrete creative and business opportunities.
• Work as an on-the-ground extension of Product, Partnership, and Sales, bringing real-world insight back into the roadmap.
• Set the tone and the playbook for how the Forward Deployed Creative function engages partners in the region.
