Lendable is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the US Cards team, focusing on post-booking areas such as payments, collections, and the mobile app. The role involves running experiments, collaborating with data science and credit risk teams, and leveraging AI to test ideas and build tools. This position offers the opportunity to scale a rapidly growing fintech product in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Running experiments across the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and payment processes
• Collaborating with credit risk and data science teams to apply models to new use cases
• Testing ideas quickly using manual processes, scripts, or AI before committing engineering resources
• Gathering customer research to inform product decisions
• Building AI-powered tools and automations to improve operational efficiency
• Managing cross-functional tasks including unblocking developers and coordinating with legal and compliance teams
