Tech Lead

About the role

The Tech Lead is a mission-critical engineer responsible for technical leadership, quality, and long-term direction within cross-functional customer teams. This hands-on role focuses on influencing through expertise and example rather than formal hierarchy. You will act as a technical point of contact, shape technical vision, and facilitate decision-making to ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable IT solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact and represent the team toward the customer on technical topics.
• Formulate and maintain a clear technical vision that aligns with customer business and security architecture.
• Lead within the account team by organizing and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Drive best practices, standardization, and the development of reusable platforms and reference architectures.
• Guard quality across the entire lifecycle from design and implementation to operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by understanding the customer's business domain.
• Participate in sales and presales activities to assess project scope, complexity, and team composition.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers while contributing to the company-wide Tech Lead community.
