Lefebvre Sdu is transforming from a publisher into a content, product, and tech company, building an AI platform for legal and tax professionals. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, translating complex needs into epics and user stories. You will play a key role in the company's digital transformation by analyzing processes and helping to modernize the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user needs to translate them into epics and user stories for developers.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Key Users, and Information Analysts to design new systems.
• Contribute to the development of a modern, simplified IT landscape to reduce complexity and increase agility.
• Participate in strategic discussions and help develop a vision for applications and systems.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to management and operational teams.
