Senior Director of Curriculum

About the role

The Senior Director of Curriculum will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of CodePath's entire curriculum portfolio. This role involves defining the long-term direction for courses in AI-native software engineering, cybersecurity, and web development while building a scalable curriculum function. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between academic computer science programs and industry expectations to support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term curriculum strategy and transition to a modular, flexible architecture.
• Own the curriculum product roadmap and maintain a comprehensive course catalog.
• Lead the design and launch of new courses aligned to emerging industry needs, particularly in AI-native engineering.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing courses to ensure rigor and student impact.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing curriculum team of staff and contractors.
• Establish processes for curriculum planning, development, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align curriculum with delivery, infrastructure, and organizational goals.
