About the role

The Practice Lead for Media Data Consulting & Solutions will drive growth and strategy for the Austria and Switzerland region. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of experts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and translating complex data and AI potential into measurable business value. The position focuses on scaling data-driven consulting services and leveraging the WPP Open platform to deliver innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Data Consulting & Solutions in Austria and Switzerland.
• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to a team of consultants, data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Advise senior client leadership on complex data, technology, AI, and analytics challenges.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology, data, and clean-room providers.
• Develop a market-leading service and product portfolio including data collaboration and AI consulting.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and in publications.
