About the role

The Head HR Delivery CHI will lead and govern the global HR delivery framework for the Capsules & Health Ingredients business, which supports approximately 3,500 employees. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across HR service delivery processes and collaborating with HR leaders and business stakeholders.
