Werkstudent E-Commerce / CRM

About the role

The student will support the E-Commerce and CRM team with newsletter campaigns and webshop personalization. This role involves technical tasks such as HTML template adaptation and feature testing to optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Create and send weekly newsletter campaigns for DACH and international markets
• Develop personalization campaigns for newsletters and the webshop
• Adapt newsletter templates using HTML in emarsys
• Program new campaign widgets for newsletters and the webshop using Dynamic Yield
• Test new features in the newsletter and webshop
• Manage tasks and tickets in JIRA
• Create documentation in the company wiki
