Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to own test automation across our product platform. You will be responsible for structuring and consolidating our existing test suite, establishing meaningful metrics, and scaling our CI pipeline. Over time, you will also lead the development of automated coverage for our customer-configuration testing.

Responsibilities

• Reorganise and consolidate the existing Playwright test suite to improve integrity and structure.
• Build and maintain trustworthy metrics for test coverage, pass/fail trends, and flaky-test tracking.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead and Engineering to scale the CI pipeline and resolve resource limitations.
• Establish clear automation boundaries and documentation between platform-level tests and customer-configuration tests.
• Mentor QA Engineers on automation best practices and troubleshooting.
• Integrate automated test results with project management tools to automate bug reporting.
