Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Manager will conduct technical operations and coordinate technical issues for online campaign launches. This role involves supporting technical integrations between rtb.com and client e-commerce platforms while working closely with sales teams to ensure high standards of customer service. The position also requires monitoring campaign effectiveness and proposing optimization solutions to meet internal and external goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the technical operations for our clients
• Coordinate all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns
• Propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals
