About the role

Kertos is a fast-growing compliance startup building an AI-native platform to automate compliance processes for European companies. As an Information Security Expert, you will advise clients on implementing security frameworks while helping to scale internal processes. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and the product team to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the implementation and development of information security frameworks
• Support clients in meeting regulatory and organizational requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal product and sales teams
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and new features
• Design and optimize internal processes to support company growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Cyber Security, Business Law, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Professional experience in consulting
