Manager, Treasury New Products (Crypto & Digital Assets Lead)

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a Manager for the Treasury New Products function to act as a strategic bridge between product development and treasury risk management. This role will lead digital asset initiatives while ensuring new product launches are financially sound, scalable, and compliant. The successful candidate will translate innovative product ideas into actionable treasury processes and contribute to the broader infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to advise on crypto and digital asset product development from a treasury perspective.
• Act as a primary point of contact between product teams and treasury subject matter experts.
• Assess treasury impacts and synthesize requirements related to risk management, bank relations, data, and system integration.
• Drive the digital assets native strategy and lead implementation for treasury management infrastructure and tooling.
• Ensure robust operational readiness, including data flows and risk controls, before product launches.
• Develop cross-domain knowledge of infrastructure and flow of funds to solve complex challenges between fiat and digital asset products.
