About the role

The Project Manager / Team Leader will take operative responsibility for a customer project within a logistics environment. This role involves ensuring stable operations, reliable personnel planning, and the achievement of quality, productivity, and performance targets while acting as a central interface between employees, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a logistics team at a customer project site.
• Manage personnel, deployment, and capacity planning to ensure reliable project staffing.
• Monitor and achieve production goals, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Develop the team professionally and organizationally while onboarding new staff.
• Maintain clear communication between employees, clients, and management.
• Document performance, developments, and operational deviations.
