About the role

The management trainee program offers the opportunity to gain diverse perspectives across the company through an 18-month rotation scheme. Based in the finance department at idealo, the trainee will work on strategic and financial issues while rotating through various business units within the Axel Springer group. The role involves conducting analyses, evaluating business potential, and preparing decision-making materials.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic and financial issues within the finance department.
• Rotate through areas such as corporate development, pricing, strategic intelligence, and controlling.
• Conduct independent analyses and projects to evaluate business potential.
• Derive actionable recommendations from data.
• Prepare structured results in presentations and decision templates.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the company and the Axel Springer group.

Qualifications
