IT Systems & Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems & Platform Engineer to join our IT team in Siegen. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and operating our cloud infrastructure, engineering platforms, monitoring systems, development platforms, and secure access environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and endpoint management platforms (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot)
• Support engineering and development platforms, including SolidWorks, 3DEXPERIENCE, CST Studio Suite, COMSOL, GitLab, CI/CD environments, and engineering license servers
• Support secure access technologies, including Microsoft Global Secure Access, Zero Trust initiatives, and connectivity validation
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and contribute to improving system reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency
• Maintain documentation, support disaster recovery readiness, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environment
