About the role

HackerOne is seeking a strategic and systems-oriented VP of Go-to-Market Operations to lead the transformation and build of a modern, intelligence-powered revenue organization. The role involves architecting an operating system that connects strategy, data, AI, and execution to create a predictable, scalable, and efficient revenue engine. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will oversee Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Commissions, Revenue Enablement, and GTM Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a scalable, AI-enabled GTM operating framework to drive predictable growth.
  • Lead transformation initiatives around revenue planning, pricing, process improvement, and enablement.
  • Elevate Revenue Operations into a forward-looking intelligence engine using predictive forecasting and advanced analytics.
  • Own the GTM systems roadmap, including CRM, analytics platforms, and AI tooling, to ensure scalability and automation.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement execution to align initiatives with product strategy and market positioning.
