About the role

Uplane is building an AI marketing operating system to help teams optimize ad creation, landing page design, and budget allocation. We are seeking a growth operator to work directly with the founders to scale the company, build operational structures, and manage key growth initiatives. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on experience in building a fast-growing, AI-native startup.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth projects to scale the company internationally and launch new initiatives.
• Design and implement AI-native operations to automate workflows and eliminate manual tasks.
• Manage team building efforts, including sourcing, onboarding, and training new hires to ensure rapid productivity.
