About the role

The Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will deliver food and beverage orders promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization across service areas to ensure a superior member experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring food and drink quickly from the kitchen or bar to the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine work environment.
• Provide service to and remain accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additions such as condiments and butter portions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures including station setup and breakdown.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about menu changes and specials.
