Scrum Master / Delivery Enabler

About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation and help evolve the role of the Scrum Master. You will be responsible for strengthening teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring efficient delivery while integrating AI agents into development processes. You will also contribute to the internal Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and shape the future of the role.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective working structures.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear and efficient communication and decision-making flows.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to make the value of your role visible and addressing risks early.
• Enable teams to integrate AI agents and tools while managing associated process and communication shifts.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to develop the role and share knowledge.
