Financial Operations Graduate

About the role

Lendable is seeking a recent graduate for a 6-month contract to join their Payments team. The role focuses on strengthening controls around daily loan funding, managing partner indemnity recovery, and supporting day-to-day payment operations. You will be responsible for verifying financial data, reconciling records, and improving operational processes through automation.

Responsibilities

• Run daily pre-release checks on partner funding by gathering and reconciling payment evidence.
• Hold, query, or escalate missing or unreconciled payments and maintain a clear audit trail.
• Perform periodic verification of partner and payee bank details.
• Support day-to-day payment operations including cash allocation and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and check payment files for approval.
• Manage Finance Help Desk tickets regarding payment queries.
• Validate and reconcile partner indemnity recovery cases and track outstanding amounts.

Qualifications
