About the role
The Product Strategy Analyst will shape the customer sign-up flow and lending strategy for new businesses. This role involves identifying commercial opportunities, running controlled experiments, and managing strategic projects to optimize the conversion funnel and customer lifetime value. You will partner with cross-functional teams to influence the long-term product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Set the lending strategy for new customers by balancing speed, friction, risk, and decision accuracy.
- Identify drop-off points and commercial opportunities across the conversion funnel.
- Design, run, and interpret controlled experiments on customer journey changes and loan features.
- Manage analytical and strategic projects end-to-end and present findings to senior leadership.
- Partner with the Team Lead to shape the team's long-term roadmap.
