Senior QA Engineer

About the role

The Senior QA Engineer will play an active role in shaping the company's QA strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features to production. The role focuses on preventing bugs that impact production environments, sales, and crucial functionality. You will be responsible for developing automated test frameworks and improving overall quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Improvement of delivered features to production, reducing the number of user complaints and ensuring that the product delivered has top-notch quality
• Development of an automated test framework from scratch
• Integration tests, end-to-end tests, functional tests, regression tests
• Preventing bugs that have the potential to impact the production environment, affect sales and crucial functionality
• Microservices and API use cases (Postman, SOAP, REST)
• Creation of test case scenarios for manual and automated tests
• Development and execution of manual test case scenarios
• Independent investigation and proposal of new methods for improving quality assurance processes
• Reporting and documentation of all discovered errors/bugs
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tasks on time and to the expected quality
