About the role

The Sector Lead for TMT Directed Content will oversee the execution of proprietary research projects within the Technology, Media, and Telecoms sector. This role involves managing a team of project managers to ensure high-quality expert transcript generation, budget oversight, and strategic alignment with market needs. You will act as a bridge between strategic research goals and operational execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-enabled tools into research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Research to develop and maintain a strategic sector roadmap and execution plan.
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, setting clear goals and tracking KPIs.
• Oversee expert budget management to maximize content ROI and throughput.
• Implement structured QA processes to ensure transcript accuracy, relevance, and analytical depth.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools for research efficiency.
• Monitor engagement data and identify coverage gaps to recalibrate project pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within TMT
