About the role
REMATIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Lead to drive product execution and lead a growing team of product managers. This player-coach role involves owning the full product lifecycle from customer insight to shipped product while maintaining direct responsibility for complex product areas. You will help shape the company's AI-native product organization and work closely with founders, engineering, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product execution end to end by turning strategic direction into clear priorities and shipped outcomes.
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 Product Managers to establish a high bar for product work.
- Stay hands-on by leading discovery, defining requirements, and making prioritization decisions.
- Run product across multiple squads to ensure clarity and efficient execution between Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Make difficult product decisions by navigating competing customer needs and technical constraints.
- Build an AI-native product organization by integrating AI into discovery, specification, and development processes.
- Maintain close relationships with enterprise customers to identify and solve high-impact problems.
- Continuously improve product processes to support scaling and faster delivery.
