Statista is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. The role focuses on strategic account development, driving commercial growth, and managing complex multi-stakeholder cycles to expand the use of Statista's data platforms. The successful candidate will act as a credible commercial partner to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to ensure renewal and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with a mandate to grow them through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify business problems and present ROI-focused business cases.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical, economic, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Lead expansion efforts by positioning Statista's Connect and Statista+ products as essential infrastructure.
  • Monitor account health, manage renewal outcomes, and conduct high-quality QBRs to demonstrate value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption and value realization across the account base.
