About the role
LichtBlick Energy as a Service GmbH is seeking a working student to support the development and communication of expertise in renewable energy and digital training content. The role involves creating training materials, conducting research, and assisting in the organization and delivery of training sessions. You will also act as a point of contact for user inquiries and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen und Lerninhalten
- Eigenständige Recherche und Aufbereitung von Themen aus dem Bereich erneuerbare Energien
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Präsentation von Schulungsinhalten vor kleinen Gruppen
- Ansprechpartner für Anwenderfragen rund um das Tool Elephant
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit dem Elephant-Team
- Analyse von Fehlern und Nutzerfeedback sowie Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Inhalten
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Schulungsumfeld
