Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software

About the role

The Staff Product Manager will own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for ChargePoint's fleet software platforms, including telematics and fleet management solutions. This role involves driving the evolution of existing platforms while defining and building new software products for emerging segments like commercial truck charging and autonomous vehicle operations. The position requires a hands-on leader to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of fleet operators.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for fleet software platforms.
• Identify gaps in customer experience and prioritize improvements for existing platforms.
• Define and build net-new software products for emerging fleet segments.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on market opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Engage directly with fleet customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Communicate product vision and trade-offs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
