About the role
As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you will act as a Business Functional Analyst at the intersection of business, data, and IT to design and develop modern Management Reporting and Management Information Systems. You will advise clients on defining banking KPIs, optimizing reporting processes, and modernizing MIS landscapes while supporting project management and business development.
Responsibilities
- Advise local and international banks on the development and enhancement of Management Information Systems and reporting landscapes
- Take functional ownership as a Business Functional Analyst, working across Business, Data, and IT
- Define, harmonize, and further develop banking KPIs for Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management
- Translate complex business requirements into functional concepts, reporting logic, and functional requirements
- Analyze and optimize reporting processes and data journeys across the entire reporting value chain
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business divisions/functions and senior stakeholders
- Support testing, KPI validation, and the implementation of new reporting solutions
