Senior Fullstack Developer – Business Automation

About the role

You will manage and evolve a productive automation landscape, focusing on technical enablement and the architecture of internal software products. The role involves developing TypeScript-based automations and services within the HubSpot CRM ecosystem, as well as building internal apps and UI extensions. You will play a key role in migrating complex business logic from workflows into testable, maintainable backend services.

Responsibilities

• Develop TypeScript-based automations and services across the value chain within HubSpot CRM
• Build HubSpot apps and UI extensions using React for internal teams
• Manage CI/CD processes, including app versioning, token rotation, and deployment
• Operate and maintain custom-code automations within HubSpot workflows
• Design and implement robust API and event-driven architectures using webhooks and subscriptions
• Define object relationships and ensure data consistency across integrated systems
