Data & AI Strategist

About the role

The AI Solutioning & GTM Leader is a senior commercial role responsible for originating, shaping, and driving large-scale Data & AI transformation opportunities across Europe, Middle East, and India. The role focuses on building a high-value pipeline of enterprise-scale programs that move beyond isolated pilots to deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to connect data foundations with AI capabilities into coherent, executable transformation narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the origination, qualification, development, and progression of Data & AI opportunities.
• Lead the shaping of complex pursuits, including business cases, transformation agendas, and commercial framing.
• Build trusted executive relationships with senior stakeholders such as CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Support the regional growth agenda by identifying priority accounts and repeatable transformation propositions.
• Collaborate with architects and practice leaders to ensure solutions are technically feasible and deliverable.
• Drive land-and-expand opportunities to extend engagements into broader transformation programs.

Qualifications
