About the role

The Senior Platform Architect will serve as the accountable technical owner for customers from purchase through to stable production. This role involves defining operational standards, establishing reliability guardrails, and driving technical success to ensure scalable and repeatable outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own production readiness and activation for customer workflows
• Establish best practices for reliability, failure handling, and scaling
• Develop and execute KPI-driven success plans for technical programs
• Lead cross-functional coordination across professional services and support teams
• Monitor system health signals and conduct technical reviews and maturity assessments
• Drive adoption by translating production success into technical narratives for growth
