The Talent Science team ensures that hiring processes are effective, objective, and scientifically rigorous to select exceptional talent globally. As a Talent Scientist, you will partner with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practices in talent assessment and performance. This role focuses on the science of talent, providing data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and support efficient hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews to provide insights into motivations and behaviours.
- Build relationships with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure operational consistency.
- Drive data-driven insights to ensure robust and supportive decision-making processes.
- Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with external third parties and platforms to maximize return on investment.
