About the role

The Senior Design Manager will lead the translation of creative briefs into sustainable retail campaigns within the luxury sector. This role involves managing the technical implementation of window campaigns, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring high aesthetic standards are met within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into sustainable retail campaigns
• Manage technical implementation of window campaigns with high aesthetic standards
• Define production processes, select materials, and create technical drawings and production documentation
• Oversee quality gates in production and set-up
• Deliver client presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising, and pre-assembly
• Conduct site visits and supervise window installations
