About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an English language trainer to join their team in Paris. The successful candidate will deliver language classes to clients across various sectors and cultural backgrounds while applying the company's specific teaching methodology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
• Develop complementary course materials to meet learners' needs
• Assess language levels and create language content
• Engage learners and maintain high motivation levels
• Monitor progress and evaluate learner performance
• Apply company teaching methodology and adapt to different learning styles
• Participate in professional development plans and additional training
