Swisio is seeking a Java Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their SaaS-based workforce management and shift planning platform for the healthcare sector. The role involves analyzing complex requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing features to support hospitals and care facilities. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the InPlanning platform and its features.
• Analyze complex scenarios and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and deliver software.
• Develop custom solutions including complex calculations and system integrations.
• Create functional designs and implement high-quality software.
• Resolve bugs and implement new features as part of the daily workflow.
