About the role

As the Team Lead for the Frontend development team, you will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions within the Marketing Tech and Social domain. This role involves a balance of hands-on coding, technical leadership, and line management to ensure team growth and project success. You will lead major technical migrations and focus on performance engineering to support high-traffic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers.
• Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems.
• Lead major technical migration projects, including the transition to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering.
• Focus on performance engineering, optimizing site load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Maintain a hands-on contribution level through coding, architecture, and code reviews.
• Manage team members' performance, conduct 1-on-1s, and handle work allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, backend engineers, and product teams.
