Staff Cryptography Engineer

About the role

The Staff Cryptography Engineer will join the team building post-quantum cryptography hardware acceleration for HSM and network-appliance products. This role involves implementing the software side of modern post-quantum algorithms, including reference models, optimized implementations, and verification test infrastructure. You will work closely with experienced cryptographic engineers to develop secure, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain reference and bit-accurate models of ML-KEM, ML-DSA and SLH-DSA/LMS in C/C++/Rust and Python
• Develop constant-time software implementations of cryptographic functions
• Build out known-answer-test and test-vector tooling for verification and CAVP certification
• Contribute to the decomposition of algorithms into hardware-friendly building blocks
• Support RTL and firmware engineers with algorithm questions and debugging
• Evaluate third-party cryptographic libraries

Qualifications
