People Director

About the role

The People Director will lead the People & Culture strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on scaling the organization, professionalizing HR processes for a distributed field workforce, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will act as a strategic partner to the management team, ensuring that organizational structure, leadership, and talent management support Zibber's international growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear People-agenda that aligns with business strategy and supports international growth.
• Professionalize workforce planning, high-volume recruitment, and on- and offboarding for a distributed, seasonal field workforce.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO and management team on organizational structure, leadership, and change management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance across multiple countries in collaboration with legal advisors.
• Leverage HR-tech, data, and AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain a strong company culture that balances professionalization with the company's core values.
