About the role

The Product Manager Footwear will work at the intersection of craftsmanship, production, and innovation for a premium fashion brand. This role involves collaborating with international ateliers and internal teams to oversee production performance, improve operational processes, and ensure high quality standards are maintained. You will manage production planning, logistics, and supplier relationships to bring footwear collections to life.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production performance across multiple ateliers and act as the main link between production, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Improve lead times and production flow while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Solve operational bottlenecks and support ateliers in achieving consistent production performance.
• Manage production planning, capacity, stock flow, and logistics processes.
• Monitor production costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead new product development initiatives and onboard new atelier partners.

Qualifications

• Experience within premium fashion, footwear, or high-end production environments
