Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead - Logistics & Supply Chain Management

About the role

Tessera Labs AI is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management workstream for a greenfield implementation. This role involves running discovery and design workshops, configuring Oracle Fusion modules, and managing data migration from legacy systems. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and integration design for e-commerce and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders to capture requirements for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Configure and maintain the Oracle article/item master setup in line with fashion and apparel industry best practices.
• Translate workshop outcomes into a working, standard-first system design.
• Manage the documentation trail from business requirement through configuration and test.
